Kevin is an avid real estate investor who has purchased, developed and sold hundreds of properties throughout New England from Nantucket to Maine.  As driven business leader with 30 years of both corporate and sales experience in the real estate industry, Kevin is a consummate continuous learner who embraces new business challenges.  Kevin is committed to empowering real estate entrepreneurs through a technology enabled platform to create real estate experiences worth sharing.  In addition, to his 30 year career in the real estate industry, Kevin is a serial entrepreneur. He has served in leadership roles in innovative technology start-ups. In 2004, he was an angel investor in Animetrics Inc, a leading provider of facial recognition technologies, serving as its Chairman from 2014-2022.  He was instrumental in the early stage development of a tech driven economic strategy start-up, Genovation, Inc.   Kevin holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, Peter T.
